I created this package to help make moving easier. It can be one of the most stressful events in ones life. You can avoid becoming overwhelmed by having your move well organized. This is your complete guide for a successful move. You don't have to go searching any further for information. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars to have someone else do the work for you. It's all done for you to handle for a fraction of the cost. All you have to do is fill in the blanks with your information. I walk you through every step of the way from stopping the morning paper to settling in your new house or building a new house. You can track your move, and will be guided to find movers, real estate agents, builders and even a car transporter. You won't have to make a number of searches to put all the pieces of your move together.

I've moved about 13 times in my life. During my last move, as I toted a moving box full of documents for the move, I realized it could be done so much easier. I had a notebook full of notes.

When I wanted to find something, I flipped through the whole thing to find out when I call the power company or which carpet I ordered. Many times, I couldn't find what I was looking for the first time and would have to flip again adding stress to an already stressful day and spend so much time on the phone making plans. So, this plan was created making it possible to carry a package of about 15-30 pages focusing on the current time frame during your moving process.

I've built two houses from a distance with construction meetings. Once again the paper trail would have covered the mileage around the world. You can take the building package with you to your construction meetings and updates can be added as you conduct your meeting and the notes are all finished at the end of the meeting.

If you've moved before you might not need to have all the detailed tips, but it could still be helpful to remind you of what needs to be done. This package gives you time lines for preparing your house for sale to moving into your new house, whether it is an existing home or one you have built. Please read through the entire package so you will have an understanding of what needs to be done and when during the process. The Building Package will guide you through building a new home.
