Below
are just a few sample free moving tips that are included in your Organizer:
Start
taking inventory of your home to determine what needs to be done to
prepare it for sale. It must look like a model home. Begin
the process 6-7 months before your move.

Federal
law prohibits moving companies from transporting flammable
materials. This includes propane tanks for charcoal grills, butane
tanks, gasoline cans, lighter fluid and matches. Check with your
mover before packing to determine exactly what types of
materials your mover is allowed to transport.

Don't
forget to wash your windows inside and out just before putting your
house on the market.

Curb appeal draws buyers to your
home. Keep your yard cut, edged, trimmed and weeded. Your
front entry invites them in; make sure it's neat, clean and very
appealing. A big pot of flowers at the door can be added to make
it feel like home. Try selecting some that have a sweet fragrance,
not too potent, as it may be offensive to some or someone may be
allergic to some fragrances. You are mainly looking for
color. If you already have flowers, more is not necessary. |
| The detailed tips are developed to

Transfer; Moving On Your Own; or Empty Nester Move. The
